I saw a difference in my arms/chest, but I didn't think about my back until today. On the treadmill and realized I didn't feel my back jiggle much at all. At home I tried the pic in the mirror but no good. My wife had me give her the phone and flex. OMGOSH! YES! "I have made muscles!"

Personally, I'd rather see them take the Ten commandments off of all public areas and put up the Beatitudes instead. It is time we started spending more time talking about loving each other, then pointing fingers at each other.

Actually, there's not a damn thing that the Democrats can do. They are going to be completely useless for 4 years, or at least 2 until l the midterm elections.

Actually, complacency is more accurate. She talks about wanting to lose the last 50 lbs, while sabotaging herself with her diet. After her surgery she was focused and determined., but 3 years in and she seems to have forgotten or is ignoring her goals she set for herself.

When they wrap up all the stories in the last 20 minutes of that movie, it's hard not to just continually cry before the ship goes down. My favorite ending to the story was the dad and his son.

I've been in the gym for 6 weeks now+feel fantastic! 90. I've gone from 90 to 230 on the leg press with 2 reps of 50. Today I did my first squats, 10 reps at 120 lb. On the treadmill I've gone from 15:30 min/mile, to 12:10 on interval speed training. Last night I ran 4 1/2 mi Non-Stop.

The movie called Titanic from 1953 is by far the more superior as individual character stories go. Granted the one with DiCaprio is visually amazing, but the one in '53 had better story lines. If you watch the whole thing and don't cry in the last 20 minutes, get to an ER, your heart has stopped.

I get so jealous of seeing videos, or going to the gym and seeing couples working out together. While my wife still complains about wanting to lose 50 more pounds, she won't go to the gym though I've invited her a dozen times.

I knocked 15 seconds per mile off of my time. I ran intervals, my top speed was 5.3 + my slowest was 4.2. My eventual goal was to run a 5K (3.1mi.) by the end of fall, but I am thinking I will run one at least one by my birthday on July 8th.

Moira in a rare display of affection, came up and literally started snuggling me today. After about 2 minutes, she let loose with one of the most god-awful, horrendous farts I have ever smelled! I honestly think I would rather have smelled a skunk from 5 ft away!

unfortunately, with companies like Ace hardware, it was the corporation which made the donation and not the little mom and pop stores which make up that corporation. They may have had absolutely no idea, and in fact donated to anybody other than trump.
