The biggest mistake I see people make when it comes to #sales? Poor Questioning.
They either don’t listen & just want to pitch, or they think they know what the customers problem is.

Be Curious, not judgemental
I.e shut up and actually listen to their answers!
Don’t wait until the right moment to start because it won’t come along.
Small daily progress is always much easier than one mammoth push at the last minute
