Happy Vernal Equinox from Astronomical Society of Edinburgh 🔭
Today is the equinox – and also the highlight of the worldwide Equal Day initiative, which uses astronomy to convey key values such as equality, diversity, sustainability and empathy, along with a strong message of peace 🔭
I'm sure if I asked...

No, i handed my keys in 4 years ago ;)
Watch carefully, this is classic bullshittery.
"I don't know about that"
"you should know about that, official nz position etc...(more tangential info)"
"oh I know about the original thing I said I don't know about but I really should know, i just didn't know about the new irrelevant bit"
A teachertapp Metrics page showing a streak 1038 (3yrs) reduced back to 1.
You know you've had a busy and tiring week when this happens to your @teachertapp.bsky.social stats.🥹
Or Sarah Alexander.
It's Margot Robbie.
Black-and-white photograph of Irène Joliot-Curie in a white lab coat at the Radium Institute. Marie Curie’s daughter and 1935 Nobel Chemistry co-winner stands at a workbench lined with beakers, test tubes, and glassware, her expression serious and concentrated amid the tools of radioactivity research.
Chemist and physicist Irène Joliot-Curie died #OTD in 1956.
Joliot-Curie was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1935 (jointly with her husband, Frédéric) for the discovery of artificial radioactivity.

A deep filling a month ago - and now my toothache is back... and driving me a little bit crazy.
This is reprehensible.
Off to red scan?
Hacksaw Ridge hits very differently to most.
A thread full of warnings and regrets... Will our intrepid OP heed them?
May I suggest - stick insects.
@michaelslav.bsky.social hey there. How are you.
Left wing vote over twice the size of the nutjobs, sorry, rightwingers.
Final vote tally as Greens win by-election published at 04:48 04:48 We can now bring you the full voting tallies: Green Party - 14,980 Reform UK - 10,578 Labour Party - 9,364 Conservative Party - 706
Good news to wake up (too early) to:
Worth noting the combined Green/Labour vote was more than double Reform. Didn't even need tactical voting to beat them in the end.
Maybe if they hadn't picked such a useless candidate they would have done better.
We've had no internet all week - national school network upgrade project - this week was our turn. It's been fairly easy tbh.
And the telephone boxes were 5 ft tall.
Do they though
Convergent evolution of pie.
Not in a coalition - no way!
You gave us the cheap lunch debacle. Imagine if you ran the entire ed department.
You don't have a mandate for this suggestion nor the resulting power it would award junior coalition members.
Stay in your lane.

'Oh, that was easy,’ says Man, and for an encore goes on to prove that black is white and gets himself killed on the next zebra crossing.
