Euan, I’ve tried twice this morning to sign parliament petition. No luck😡🤯

That’s appalling Euan! Bureaucratic incompetence and madness. How did they allow that landowner to call the shots at the expense of the wetlands?
Love to know who the owners are. They must have some serious clout/connections/$$$ to pull that stunt.

Interesting point, Roscoe. Used to live at Chiswick up the Parramatta River. Remember the nor’easter certainly helped to cool down summer arvo’s.
So they were missing in action this year.??

Would love to hear a weather aficionado’s thoughts on this!!

No thanks. Don’t need that #%~€ over boundary fence again! Guess it can go to his M&D’s old farm, Rutherglen at #Danglemah. That’s if he got it in the will.
Also #Rutherglen is educated guess as another key reason why ECo moved transmission line route to Walcha in Oct2025. 🤨🧐

Four paintings in vivid colours featuring a pumpkin created with dots against a brightly coloured background

Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama has said that her pumpkins act as self-portraits. The idea began as her parents owned a plant nursery and she has described the pumpkin as “a spiritual home,” a form in which she sees herself reflected #Womensart

'More outbreaks' of deadly zoonotic disease in southern Australia Researchers say leptospirosis is emerging as a climate‑driven health threat in Australia, with frequent storms, floods and heatwaves pushing the disease further south.

“The disease..can lead to serious illness & even death. People can become infected through contact with animals, gardening, swimming in freshwater or wading through floodwater..the disease is becoming more prevalent..as cases go undetected due to lack of surveillance”

A child making friends with a horse. I'm not sure if its Spring or Autumn. It's a painting of Terry Harrison's that I copied from a watercolour teaching book.
