Ooh. I like that...
Interest, like tendrils, stretches outβexpanding, traversing, probing for the slightest cracks. Nothing can withstand the inevitable invasion as it curls into curiosity...

Must be a cultural thing. I have a neighbor who thinks that the federal government pays for all nonprofit organizations.

Canada's top military commander Jennie Carignan calls out the GOP for questioning women in combat: After 39 years as a combat arms officer and risking my life in many operations, I canβt believe that in 2024, we still have to justify women's contribution to defense and service in their country...
Well... my family cared. Bought a house and cars as needed, plus sent two kids through years of ballet, piano, and school with that. So, I stand corrected.
I wonder what would happen if a POTUS made sure that every classroom in the US got a signed hardcover copy of the US Constitution?
Funny thing about retirement from something like freelance marcom... suddenly you confirm what your gut has been telling you all along: nobody cares.
I've always wanted to write sci-fi novels (since reading my first one when I was a kid), but Jack Kirby inspired me to take a risk on my dreams. I retired from freelancing as a marcom writer and am now fully engaged. Wish me luck.

Glad I missed that episode.
Oh yeah, and Pirate Bay. I wasn't terribly active, but I always seeded as much as I leached.

Here we go.
I'm waiting for the sequel: "Stuplicity"
Worse: "writer's ghost"

I can't wait to see it. Loved S1.
Well... at least it wasn't "MacArthur Park" by Richard Harris (or Donna Summer's disco version). A friend of mine suffered through an engagement party and her wedding because of that song was hubby's fav.
That's why I'm here. It's cooler than the other ones.
The smallest mandate on the smallest margin in favor of the smallest minds.
Wrong kind of cat. You'd have a glowering ginger in the background.
Brilliant. I just joined. Glad to bump into you.
Oh. Dang. I know that guy!
Most people wait until a friend retires early with millions from investing.
Then: "Fine, Iβll give it a shot."
Buys stock. Market hits "Correction Territory." Shares drop 25%.
"See? Stocks are just for the rich."
Sells at the low. Never invests again.
Awful. That's why we want at least some anonymity on these platforms.
I think there's a 6.
Films are social-- they amplify shared emotions.
Explains everything.
Conspiracy theories work like that. I know "people" who firmly believe that the lizards are among us today. I've gotten tired of explaining. Let stupid be stupid.
I have the same appreciation for producers who rework an old story to create a new one.
