I wish Phil was doing better. He was one of my favorites growing up.

This kid craves it, sometimes.
Music Unlimited*
I'm enjoying this, I think after some more listens it'll grow even more on me.
I am listening to it via Amazon Unlimited while I still have it. It'll go on my wishlist. :)
and Dio, and Yngwie Malmsteen
It's a travesty to me that Oasis got in before Alice In Chains and Smashing Pumpkins. (yeah my bias against Oasis is showing).
@cvcjr13.bsky.social Dude!
lol, typo'ed my correction, it's too early in the morning!
(considered)
coinsidered* oh well.
Also, I really liked "Rock Around the Clock" which I first heard via Happy Days, and that was early/mid 50s stuff. And of course, as an 80s team I fell into Heavy Metal and a bunch of the "Hard Rock" and whatnot from then, and a lot of that is still my favorites.
When I was a kid in the 70s, a DJ neighbor of ours (KBBY) would tell me that stuff like early Elvis was consider Rock & Roll. I being a little kid, with a Mom that loved Elvis, hated it of course. I learned from you about early Rock & Roll, and I trust your knowledge/research. I now like some Elvis.
Quite a list.
That block includes a fair bit of younger boomers too, and they do polls more than GenXers.
Can verify, accurate. ;)
Please be true, please be true, please make him go away!
Is the timeline correcting itself?
Little by little, maybe?
Great first step. I agree whole heartedly.
Accurate!
Now you must acquire one!
You can detect rail cars too, if they have a resistor wheelset.
I will use all 42 of these, and might need more. :)
The alt text explained some. They are used for occupancy detection on my model railroad. They sense current draw on the track via the power feeders. It allows me to have signals display properly among other things. It's also used by the dispatcher during operations to know where the trains are.

This jig:

Soldered these up today, was super easy thanks to a jig designed by my friend James Brassill. #modelrailroad
Artemis II has reminded me just how amazing Earth is, and we need to protect it.
Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy, you all are now on my heroes list up near the top!
Thank you so much for your courage and joy. Love you all!
eh, I guess I am just less picky or something?
I also liked Interstellar quite a bit.
What I haven't liked at all are his Batman movies.
I thought Oppenheimer was excellent...
And those whackos that think this is the start of the end times in Revelations, and want it to come. /sigh
I just realized the best metaphor for the Billionaires.
Cancer. Demanding infinite growth in a finite system.
Destroying the host (our world) to accumulate more at all cost.
Yep, and so many knew he would fall for it.... Seems like a bunch of them wanted him to.
Nice hulls too!
So true. Netanyahu is a monster, and his regime should be ended.
My beef is with the current regime there, bot the normal folks.
