There is a statement in an email that goes out to all delegates letting them know there will be a photographer at the event and to email NNE if they do not want to be photographed or photos of them shared online. If anyone does want images removed, if they contact NNE they’ll ensure that happens.

Hi Peter A link to the photos will be put on a password protected webpage along with speakers slides and only shared with delegates who attended. Some images will also be used for promotional materials on the website, eflyers and social media for next years conference >
