Got the okay to resume heavy lifting 6 weeks after surgery. Hit 185lb on bench press, back and triceps still weak. Felt good to be underneath the bar. Next up: deadlift day. #blackskyfitness
First deadlift after surgery. Legs are still a little weak but still managed a single 275lb. Got a little emotional after this lift. Have to remind myself that strength will come back…patience is a must in the recovery process. #blackskyfitness
