I do believe the Supreme Court would have a say in this, it needs to be fought

A toque with Canadian maple leaves on it
Thank you! I made a hat!
It is explorerknitsandfibers.com and the colour is called Don’t be Jelly. It’s really nice to work with.
A ball of yarn with the start of a knitted sock
My first project ever was a sock, it was a disaster. I’d taken it traveling and airport security took the needles. Didn’t matter, the knit was so tight it would only fit a toddler, I gave up. So now, with some more experience and trying to be zen when I knit this one should be a good fit. #knitsky
I was also curious, on nhl.com the tie breaking rules are points %, then regulation wins. Tampa has more RW’s.
I can’t remember the last time I consulted CTV for anything. I find reliable sources and look them on the platforms I use. It includes sources with differing views, to avoid the echo chamber.

Post race celebration
Fun being a spectator for Hamilton’s 131st Around the Bay Road Race. It’s the oldest race in NA, it’s older than Boston.
Congratulations to Lily for her fundraising efforts for the Canadian Cancer Society. I had some fun with my motivational signs for the runners!

Red white and grey yarn that will be used to make toques with a Canadian maple leaf on them
Ok, One more hat, and it’s a family project with @michelecummings.bsky.social
We are using Topsy Farm 🇨🇦 yarn for our ‘Live By the Leaf’ toque. #knitsky
This is a much better finish, it was worth ripping out stitches, I went back to the start of the decrease and had a do-over.
After hat #5, I’m going to try a sweater.

Hat on head showing the unfortunate tip
Hat after stitches have been ripped out!
I didn’t finish this hat properly and really didn’t like how it looked. As I’ve been told, if you can’t live with it, rip it out and do it over. Thanks @michelecummings.bsky.social for your help!

A black lab is covered in snow
Finn’s 3rd winter and it’s the most snow we’ve had. He’s been having a great time, but in the deep snow has had to figure out how to relieve himself.
You really can tell the temperature by the sound the snow makes when you walk on it. Sounds like it’s about -6C

Thank you! One of my first projects was a pair of socks, I knit so tight I could not put the sock on my foot. It’s been a work in progress!
I used yarn from The Knitting Loft, Sport weight, in Country Green and Antique White. It’s lovely yarn.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you, it was really easy, I’m a new knitter and this was my first multi-colored project!

A yellow and black lab looking at the sunrise
Started the day with fresh snow, a bright sunrise and two curious companions.

It was 120 in fact! I’m going to put it on a longer circular needle so I can put it on my head to make sure.
A knitting project, halfway done day in green and white.
My first multicoloured project - a touque! It was so far so good, but I’m now thinking it’s for a child instead of an adult. #knitting #knitsky
Black lab stands over me waiting for breakfast and a walk
Finn is my alarm clock, he demands breakfast and has already planned our first walk of the day. #dogsofbluesky

Dog, with paws crossed, sitting on couch
Rosie looks bored but we think she’s pulled a muscle chasing the ball. She runs hard to beat Finn to the ball.
