I feel much more anger towards the British pundits & politicians who failed to understand the depravity & derangement of Donald Trump than I do the ones who failed to understand the idiocy of Brexit. But it doesn’t really matter because they’re exactly the same bloody people.

I aim to post a short story once per month. And post notes fairly randomly, based on how much time I have.

I started Substack nearly a year ago. It can definitely be a focused community. Engagement (and content!) drives growth, but I struggle with time to devote to engaging with people, whilst still writing. But personally it’s been a huge motivation to write more.

My laptop keeps taunting me with its end-of-life geriatrics. But I'm too cheap to buy a new one.I feel your pain lol

I've only managed around 800 words today. I have, though, managed to plan the structure and plot of the novella I’ve been struggling with for the last few weeks. Huzzah indeed!
