Public Transit has a marketing problem in Canada. Not to customers (who love it) but to senior governments (who are apparently not even aware it exists). May I propose:
"Transit. It's like a pipeline, but for people!"

side of a building with a parking lot in front with a billboard that says smoking tables next to non-smoking tables used to be normal too.
Incredible to see this billboard up in Vancouver.
So happy to have worked with the amazing people @visionzerovancouver.ca

Love this idea π

I'm sorry. But if an SUV clips your handle bars while you are biking along a bike route, it's 100% the car drivers fault.
Infuriating that the VPD is somehow blaming this on the cyclist.

With CBC now having called all ridings it's time for the land-vs-people-vote animation.
The City of Vancouver has announced a gravel path next to the seawall to connect the area between Science World and Olympic Village next month, replacing the much criticized 400-metre detour through a busy road that they originally implied could last for seven years

2022 Vancouver Election Results for Councillor Christine Boyle (OneCity) - 38,465 Iona Bonamis (OneCity) - 33,745 Jean Swanson (COPE) - 32,833
Congratulations to @seanorr.bsky.social and @lucymaloney.bsky.social. Huge victories in the Vancouver by-election.
Orr did better than Swanson in the last general. Maloney would have been a top vote getter too.
This is more than just a motivated opposition. There's a shift away from ABC. #vanpoli
Nice work! I feel less guilty about my kids snacking on Mini Wheats.
Reminds me of an interview with a dietitian about healthy choices. They said "if I could only look at one line on the nutrition table, it would be fibre" and that kind of blew my mind.
Feels like we need more of this kind of marketing in Canada. I bet there are a lot of Canadian products that fly under the radar.
