Happy Monday all! Currently at the airport waiting for my flight. Heading to Lanzarote for ten days. I'm not the best flyer, and this is my longest flight since my honeymoon in 2015, so thoughts and prayers appreciated! Hope you're all having a good one!

Leg day done. Did my 10 x 10 squats at 80kg and my the same for Romanian deadlifts at 70kg. I'll probably up the weight next week, as I'm gonna see can I find a gym to use on hols.
