I may not contain my anger if Foote stays. He was hired with a belief he could guide a team with Hughes and his pals into the playoffs. He failed miserably. Last place, a pathetic penalty kill and the decision to play vets over prospects should cement his immediate firing.

Just to clarify, you can take the position to disagree with the US and Israel starting this war (and it is a war) without cheering for Iran to win. Both things can be true… but to understand that you have to use logic, common sense and think critically - things Fetterman has proven he can’t do.

I agree. It’s bad policy that, unfortunately, most voters support. Better progressive tax policy would have been a larger GST rebate for low income earners or a subsidy or tax credit for public transit. But both those would not generate the political good will with the voting public.

Municipal elections in BC need to move to ranked choice or a run off system so no mayor is ever elected again with less than 50% of the votes.
