curling.io have written a great post about using lustre's server components in their admin dashboard ui. seems like interest in server components has been picking up recently, super exciting!

just one more agent bro i swear one more agent and we’ll ship so much bro
working out why things do/should work a particular way is one of the hardest parts of caring more about this stuff.
APG often just prescribes something and moves on and i think its a big reason why folks just copy the patterns uncritically 😔
it wasnt until i moved away from bath that i realised how seriously fucked up it is 😂
say more about this pls 👀 curious what about react vs lit means working less with the browser
Do you have any thoughts on how to actually expose shortcuts like this to the user?
rebecca 💀💀
> when reading code
or not 😅 when i see this i assume the codebase is write-only and reading it would be a waste of time
Fucking wicked that you’re using them as an accessibility aide though, can we hype this stuff more than all the other ai discourse 😭
This is true to a point but we are *rapidly* approaching a state where the volume of LLM output is simply too great to personally review.
Then we’re talking about leaning on LLMs for code review in PRs, then soon its about leaning on sub-agents to offload planning…
hey i always wondered how "click vaguely near something and then press <tab>" actually worked.. TIL about SFNSP 🤯
just dont allow type aliases 🫣🫣
he stole my idea btw
OK SO ITS NOT JUST ME THINKING THIS WAS ABSURD
being so involved in gleam these last couple of years has kinda embedded me in a lot of BEAM-y spaces, but hanging out at #SotB26 has just reminded me how much i fucking love the web man 💕
common sam W
what a great idea, love it💕
woah this looks cool! what do the different colours/highlights mean?
getting well excited seeing the steady uptick of #sotb26 posts! super looking forward to it
i kinda respect it as a fun thing to build (it does sound fun!) but i just feel like even 5 years ago "bot accounts interacting with users" would have just been immediately shunned in any regular community to the point where calling a user a "bot" was a common way to dismiss them entirely
honestly i hate that this is a thing now
not all frameworks 🥺
🙋♀️
i will abuse all available power and influence to pack the room with gleam talks, act accordingly
i guess i should have posted this at canada time not europe time lmao
you were proud of that one huh
there's six weeks to go until code beam vancouver! i'm super stoked to be speaking more about lustre's component system and how it's easy to take an existing component and run it in real time on the server 🤯
if that sounds kinda maybe cool you can still nab a ticket! codebeamvancouver.com
