yes it is! might add them in later, you don't really see them when a character is holding the weapon so we just didn't bother adding them in yet

yea just hand painting, every once in awhile I use a pre-made material just to see what it looks like but I use alot of gradient layers as a base and then paint the details on top of that. also takes a bit of time unwrapping the models since the pixels sometimes don't like to line up on the seams

thanks for the tip, I didn't know about the godot functionality. I got it working into Unity a few days ago and it makes everything go much faster!
I've been knee deep into TrenchBroom, will probably post an annoying amount about how fun and simple the tool is once you get it up and running to be used in unity. its just great being able to block out a map in like 30 mins. I will get back to modeling characters soon! #indiedev #gamedev
