We share a lot of our ideas, code, datasets (that we spend years sanitizing) early. Often way before we release preprints. We do this so that others can use, build on, improve & even "beat" our approaches. But I want to say a few things about some simple expectations 1/
🧪 let's see the impact of 🔵 sky for finding expertise! My dept is in ASAP need of somebody with bioinformatics expertise to provide content for several course developments. Work is remote and contract, courses will be online asynch. Courses are for bio and data science majors. Pls spread the word! 🙏

Just wrapped up the first class of our reproducibility mini-course this term at Stanford! The energy and enthusiasm these ECRs bring to making science reproducible is truly inspiring. Their engagement, curiosity and commitment to rigor in research give me so much hope for the future of science.
