I'm very impulsive which is something I struggled with in life a lot. So it explains that. The psychologist also said it's linked to my previous diagnosis of anxiety depression as it comes with the behaviour and doesn't tell a full story.

This week I've been diagnosed with combined ADHD. It all started with a friend pointing out symptoms and a junior colleague say "You do realise you have symptoms right!?".

Got a referral from my GP and confirmed. It just explains a lot about my life and how I process information. 😊
