Happy Valentine’s Day to my drop dead gorgeous and stupendously wonderful husband James. He’s the Kel Knight to my Kath Day, my proverbial purveyor of foine meats. Here we are at Atlas Fort Worth at Thanksgiving with our dear (!!) friends Scott and Jason—the fellas who introduced me to James. 💚

Apple cider donut Bundt cake! Found the recipe from @storeboughtisfine. We served it with a drizzle of apple cider syrup (boiled cider). It was delicious and a wonderful texture, but it could definitely use way more apple flavor. Gosh dang, I guess I’ll have to make it again. 🤷🎂🍎

First week in Feb and this is my outfit today. 81°F outside! 😳

Our dishwasher pops open automatically towards the end of the drying cycle to let the steam escape. A nifty feature, but it scares the BEJESUS out of me whenever I’m in the kitchen I when it happens. 😱

Yes, we were driving home from knit night at the yarn store in my Swedish car. Yes, my license plate says “AGNETHA”. Yes, we were playing Tiger by ABBA in the car. Leave me alone. 😆💚

A gay guy, a Black man, and a woman walk into a flight deck— that’s not the beginning of a joke, but just a regular day at work! There was so much DEI on this plane that we could hardly get in the air. Luckily my limp wrists were able to wrestle the heavy jet back to the ground 💅🏼
