I just sent this out.
The Jewish people have moral frameworks for this moment.
It is a choice not to heed them.
Please let us meet this moment, let us see the shattered Temple around us, right now, and our responsibility to it.

Interesting to see the FDA roll back both clozapine and ambrisentan REMS back-to-back -- I'm curious if others are coming?
Studies show that funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) contributed to 354 of 356 drugs (99.4%) approved by the FDA from 2010 to 2019. Recklessly slashing NIH funding will mean that patients will be waiting much longer for life-saving treatments.
Hey #PharmSky - I am looking for a Kidney Transplant Pharmacist to join our growing SOT team at Mount Sinai in NYC - if that you or someone you know, please get in touch! This individual would join a team of 5 other transplant pharmacists and super collaborative, pharmacy-friendly transplant team!
I’m curious how much the values can vary
Wow this is fascinating! I didn’t know about this before and I am similarly wondering about implications for our lab testing times

Be brief. Staffers tally all calls. Go! ✅
Wow, thank you! Will keep an eye on this
Thank you for sharing this! About to make the switch and this will be helpful!

I could draft in word, but instead I’m obsessively hitting the save button every other sentence
I just hope this means we’re done presenting Andexxa for formulary addition at P&T… I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve reevaluated (and thankfully rejected 😅 )! #pharmsky

We currently have IV restricted to ICU/ED, but looking to open access to all floors. Also curious what others are doing!
What allows medical professionals to handle horrible outcomes over a career is knowing we did our best. Taking that away makes practice intolerable. Moral injury is real, and a lot of docs have scars from training to remind them. Most will leave.
Agreed!
The Andexxa Showpiece
A beautiful example of a trial designed and conducted to ensure a drug was able to clear the lowest possible bar to deliver the press releases its manufacturer required.
