Today, the House of Lords is due to consider Clause 208 of the Crime and Policing Bill. The amendment would end the criminal investigation and prosecution of women for ending their pregnancies.
BASHH supports this vital amendment to protect abortion rights for vulnerable women.
BASHH welcomes the new report from @sophiaforum.bsky.social, @nat.org.uk, @tht.org.uk and The Ci2 Bureau, setting out important steps to ensure that people living with HIV in prisons are not left behind.
