I'm *very* excited to report that we got initial funding and have hired our first Rust maintainers!

RustNL's Rust Maintainers Team starts out with two full time maintainers, one intern, and five part-time maintainers, now stably employed to continue their work on Rust! 🎉

Fun fact: Just for RustWeek, the internet infrastructure in the venue gets a big temporary upgrade with extra wifi access points that get installed in the restaurant and the cinema rooms, because y'all bring more than 1 device on average and use a lot more bandwidth than the average cinema visitor.

🦀 I've improved the implementation behind all the string formatting macros in Rust: println, panic, format, write, log::info, etc. (Everything using format_args!().) They will compile a bit faster, use a bit less memory while compiling, result in smaller binaries, and produce more efficient code! 🎉
