A cute #Twosday a couple of #Ducklings on the river today 🥰

This poor female #Mallard was struggling to get away from the 4 🦆🦆🦆🦆 (sometimes 5) pursuing males, she was very vocal #quackquack. There seems to be an abundance of drakes and very few ducks 😥 I wanted to protect her.

It's lovely listening to the birdsong in the woods 🐦 #Nature #Birds my husband managed to get a bit of a photo of the #GreatSpottedWoodpecker and a #Blackcap (my photos were a failure today) but great to see them 🥰.
