Meet Luc! 🌷🕊️ Starting in 1990, Luc has worked in all aspects of animation production, although his favourite are directing and storyboarding. He loves animation’s ability to tell heartfelt stories, educate, inform, and entertain. #coop #animation #birding #chickadee

Let’s get back to animation! I’m an animator who is wandering around in the animation world. I have been fortunate enough to work with amazing clients like Marvel, Adult Swim, Princess Bento, Splinderhorse, and Titmouse!
I used to work in Labour Economics for 3 years. I have a master’s degree in economics (still waiting for the day that degree comes in handy!). I was also a Buddhist Monk for 29 days. I will just leave that there.
Meet Dol! ✨ The reason my name long is because my dad wanted to be very creative, so he made his son’s name himself. He seemed really proud of the fact that not many people can pronounce it! Feel free to just call me Dol. That’s awesome enough.
If you're able to, please help support our friend Hannah from The Cleaning Co-op, who recently lost everything to a fire. ❤️ gofund.me/638bd4930 /cc
From a spooky fall to a cozy winter! What are you looking forward to as the weather gets chilly? ☃️❄️🌨️

We are reminded to stand in resistance with and for our trans and non-binary siblings.

For Trans Day of Remembrance, we mourn for the lives of trans adults, youth, and children who have been tragically lost or threatened by hateful policies. A world without trans people has never existed and will never exist.
An illustrated painting of a tree lined Vancouver shore with tones of pink blue and white from the Trans pride flag. A figure sits under a tree with a dog in the foreground. The text overlay reads "Trans Day of Rememberance, Nov. 20, 2025". The CAG 938 Pride Committee logo is in the bottom left corner, which is rendered in all of the colours of the Progress pride flag.
Today on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we take some time to think of our Trans siblings who have lost their lives to violence or suicide.
To those we have lost - We remember you. We miss you. We will fight for better in your name.

🎃👻💀 ghouls night out!
Choosing to start an animation studio with a cooperative model feels like a step in the right direction: honouring the long struggle of animation workers and making capital serve labour.

Worker Co-Ops are businesses owned and operated by their employees or workers (like us!). Every member of a worker Co-Op has equal say in the business.
Producer Co-Ops are made up of farmers, artists, professionals, or entrepreneurs who share equipment or marketing support. Some examples are sharing office spaces, support staff, or equipment.
Financial Co-Ops provide loans, savings plans, and insurance. They include credit unions and caisses populaires.
The worker co-op model can be applied to any sector and industry.
Consumer Co-Ops combine their purchasing power to buy goods and services.

We choose Co-Ops because they are controlled democratically and because they reinvest in local communities. In traditional corporations, workers serve the interests of capital. In a worker co-op, funds serve the interests of the workers.
💀🎃 It’s finally time to queue up our favourite spooky animated delights ~ 🎃💀 animation by Chayadol Lomtong
What is a Co-Op? ★ A co-operative organization is owned by its members, who share similar economic, cultural and/or social needs. Businesses with co-operative models are owned and democratically controlled by their owners, who are often workers.

OMGGGG these are so cute! 😍
A cartoon red ball and a blue bird are smiling, high-fiving and giving the peace sign in front of a simplified maple leaf, with a big red "YES!" behind them.
Text on a light blue background reads "The Titmouse Vancouver Bargaining Committee would like to thank everyone who participated in the ratification vote this week. All digital ballots have been processed, and with a 62.2% voter turnout, we are happy to announce the final results: With 97.6% of votes in favour, the second Titmouse Vancouver Collective Agreement is RATIFIED! The wins in this renegotiation are a testament to the support, engagement, and energy of Titmouse Vancouver workers - and the power of building on the solid foundation of our first agreement. The Executive Board of CAG 938 would like to sincerely thank all of the workers at Titmouse Vancouver who volunteered their time in the Bargaining Committee, at the bargaining table, and showing up for our rally for Leads! We could not have had the strength at the table without the efforts of workers like you!"
The results are in!
Titmouse Vancouver workers voted overwhelmingly to ratify our second collective agreement!
So exciting! Congratulations! 🎉 BTW we're a new animation co-op in BC, and we'd love to connect and chat with you sometime!
A blue cartoon bird is smiling and stepping out of a maple leaf symbol, with one hand outstretched and two fingers raised in the peace/two symbol. Bright red text at the top reads "WE DID IT!" and at the bottom there is text that reads " Titmouse Vancouver workers and the employer have reached a second tentative deal. Text reads "“Four years ago, Titmouse workers established a foundation for the workplace they wanted to see.” says Eddy Pedreira, President of CAG 938, “Today, they have built upon this foundation in many ways, taking one step closer to this vision. The improvements in this new agreement show that even when our industry is at its most turbulent, collective bargaining still wins the day.” Animation workers in Titmouse Vancouver’s creative roles were the first Canadian animation workers to form a union under IATSE Local 938 on October 13th, 2020 and they were joined by Titmouse production workers in 2023. IATSE Local 938, The Canadian Animation Guild, was chartered on April 21st, 2020, and is Canada’s first dedicated union Local for animation workers. More of our history: In 2024 the original team was approached again, this time to make 6 short #animation videos for the @canadianlabour.bsky.social. This is when Luc Latulippe joined as Producer/Director. Here's the first of these (Luc also did the #storyboards for all six). vimeo.com/1039457391
Congratulations everyone at WildBrain!
