A small brown and white cat is making a mean kind of face by pulling up his upper lip. It’s sort of like the Elvis sneer if Elvis was really pissed that his tuna shrimp and rice wet food was late.

Went down a Wikipedia rabbit hole of Fyre Festival-esque scams, and came across this from the "Lapland New Forest" article:

"Violence flared up between visitors and workers. A mother who was upset about the event slapped and berated an elf, and two fathers brawled in the gingerbread house.

Good afternoon.

This is your daily reminder that Trump just lifted sanctions on Iran to give them $14 BILLION to hep fund their war against us.

In other words, your daily reminder that this is probably the dumbest war of all time.

My photo collage shows four hippo statuettes made of Egytian blue faience, a ceramic material made of ground quartz. Their bright-blue shiny bodies are decorated in black with depictions of Nile river plants such as water weed and lotus flowers. This decoration depicts their marsh habitat as well as having various layers of symbolism associated with regeneration. For example lotus flowers open in the morning and close at night, symbolising rebirth. Blue faience hippos have been found in Middle Kingdom tombs of high ranking officials. It’s thought they were placed in the tombs to aid the rebirth of the deceased.

Hippo top left - Walking hippo shown in profile facing right. Height 11.5 cm, Length 21 cm. Egyptian Museum, Cairo.

Top right - Roaring hippo (looks like the hippo is smiling), seated, with head at left and turned inwards to front. Height 7.5 cm, length 12.5 cm. Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Copenhagen.

Bottom left - Standing hippo in profile facing right. This hippo is part of the Met Museum’s collections and is popularly known as ‘William’. Height 11.2 cm, Length 20 cm

Bottom Right - Reclining hippo with head on the right, facing front, and tilted down. Egyptian Museum, Cairo

Paddleboarders and kayakers on a stunning, turquoise lake with mountains behind it. Conifer trees line the shoreline and up the closer mountain. The mountain behind it has different layers of rock in shades of gray and tan. You can see a little bit of glacier. The sky is blue with wispy clouds.

The background for these stand-up paddleboarders and kayakers is pretty nice. And check out all the layers of different rocks in the mountains.

An image of a list of the 27 grievances against King George III in the Declaration of Independence. Donald Trump's regime has committed at least 20 of them in whole or in part, condensed into the list below:
1.	He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
2.	He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation …
3.	He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing … his invasions on the rights of the people.
4.	He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; … obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners …
5.	He has obstructed the Administration of Justice …
6.	He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices …
7.	He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
8.	He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
9.	He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
10.	He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution … giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
11.	For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
12.	For protecting them … from punishment for any Murders which they should commit …
13.	For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
14.	For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
15.	For depriving us … of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
16.	For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:
17.	For … abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
18.	He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
19.	He has … destroyed the lives of our people.
20.	He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us …
