A comic panel from KEEPING TIME. Denver, a dude with his arm in a sling, skates towards panel left and curses about he's going to be late. In a print book, this would have him moving backwards, into the earlier pages of the book. The caption reads, "THEN." In the present Now, a speaker finishes, “But if you follow Denver where he leads... I promise it’ll be worth it.”

Someone (you know who 🙏) commented that this is their favorite Then transition of #KeepingTime so far, and same. It's one of the very first beats I had scripted back in '22-23.

Other things have come and gone from the script, but not this. It's a loadbearing Then transition!
