This is an excellent moment in which the federal NDP under Avi Lewis can emerge as a truly progressive option, having jettisoned Orange Liberals who are joining the Red Tories, floor crossers who are unbothered by Carney's conservative agenda, and provincial NDP leaders who are just Lib/Con Lite.
