I can’t think of a better 1st post on Bluesky introducing myself than posting today’s #Econ5K 🏃‍♀️ result. With Ironman 70.3 World Champs just 2 weeks ago, followed by lots of hiking at sea level, and some junk miles 🚴‍♀️ the last few days, I’m happy that I could produce some speed back at elevation 🥳
