The World Health Organisation's definition of mental health (2022) starts by saying it is, 'A state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities ...'
You're stranded on an island with the squad, which team mate would: 1.lead? 2.first to panic? 3.best at building shelter? 4.be the hunter? 5.be most useless at surviving?6. would eat all the emergency supplies? 7.be morale booster? 8.would take on a bear?
It sounds like you're showing a lot of resilience in managing your fatigue and continuing to keep going—you’re clearly driven by your values and goals despite the challenges. Be sure to acknowledge your efforts!
