If we made Sunday bus service as frequent as the weekday would more people who drive to work take it on their days off for fun and then have a better feeling about it and champion it more? If they only take it once a week and have a bad experience some can’t imagine a good one!

We would love to take credit for it but it wasn’t us!

HEY SEATTLE

did you know that 4 mega corps are currently courting Seattle City Light with data center proposals?

Sabey, Prologis, Equinix and another unnamed real estate developer are in talks with our local power company to decide if they can build new centers here.

Seattle loves to use "environmental" arguments to prevent or delay development, including a grocery store at a location that's been a vacant blight for most of the past decade. It's a former Sam's Club, not bird habitat.

WinCo plan for Seattle store hits roadblock The setback could delay the project by many months — or cause the discount grocery chain to abandon plans altogether for its first Seattle location.

Seattle's powerful hearing examiner just thwarted a needed grocery store because the city compared the potential environmental impact of a new Winco to the building's previous use as a store—rather than its current "use" as a vacant building. Perverse logic.
