In Peru, we have seasons with alcohol beverages adulterated methanol that create a high demand for dialysis. The last one I remember was in 2022. Every two or three days, we had one patient requiring hemodialysis at my hospital.
We found: Hematuria
- Red circle: Acanthocytes (4%)
- Yellow circle: isomorphic (70%)
