my boss/mentor today told me i need to try my hand at drawing Cranes cause he sees me drawing a lot of Japanese inspired stuff. so now im going to obsess over that for a month.

had a great weekend like absolutely blissful. and today came and knocked my head between the washer and dryer 🫠

I understand there are unhealthy versions of this thinking but i think in a culture where no one wants to be corny/ cringe, and people want to do the absolute least in exchange for care and affection, I see how and why there's a desire to feel wanted and even, needed.
