RoundhouseでのImogen Heapライブ、よかったです。もともとアルバム（Frou Frouも）が好きで聴いていたのですが、何年も前にテレビで見た彼女がコンサート会場で音楽を作るのが衝撃的で、一度ライブを見たいと思っていたのです。今回は一晩だけのライブで本当にラッキーでした。その上、Guy SigsworthやJon Hopkinsもステージに上がって、本当に嬉しかったー。最後は「これが最後の曲だけどすぐに行かないで」と言われ、その後にImogen HeapとJon Hopkinsが一緒に作ってるdancyな曲がかかってみんな踊って、良い終わり方でした〜🥰

良かったです。見ているうちにシンプルな風景の奥行きが見えてきて、雨の匂いや空気感、木々のその奥まで知っている、そっちに行きたいというような気持ちになりました。これはヨーロッパの季節の移り変わりや景色が記憶にあるからなのか、知らなくても同じように感じるのか、それが知りたいなと思いました。
外に出ると、ちょうど花が咲いて緑も多い公園の景色が絵の続きのようでした。境目がなくなる不思議な感じ。

なってみるまでわかりませんでしたねえ！気力で頑張る前にもう瀕死になってて自覚がないってびっくりですよ。

昔のretirementの年齢がこの辺りだったのは理に適っていたんだろうな。Age is just a numberと言うけれど、それはある程度の年齢の人を勇気づけるための言葉であって、肉体の機能が低下するのは普通のことだもの。一気に壊さないように気をつけなくちゃね。

この頃は仕事中に陽に当たると脱水にすぐなってしまうようで、昨日も仕事から帰ってから夜に足が攣って痛くて困ってしまいました。一昨年の夏に熱中症で辛かったので、こまめに水を飲むようにはしているのだけど、以前と同じだけ飲んでも効果がない。HP落ちながらもまだ動けてた自分のつもりなのに、気付くと既に瀕死という感じで油断ならないどころじゃない。喉が渇く自覚が鈍いのか保水力が無いのか。30代で「お肌の曲がり角」と言うし、更年期もなかなかのものだけど、生き物としての力の落ち方で言えば還暦の比ではないなあと思います。お年寄りが脱水で体調崩したり亡くなったりするのもこの延長線上だなと実感しています。全くもう！

The Fan Museumって知らなかった。ロンドンやロンドンから日帰りできる範囲にきっとたくさん美術館や博物館があるのに私全然行けてないな。もっといろんなものを見たいなあ（自然も含めて）。

"A Knight's Tale"
24-25年前に日本の映画館で観て（観客が私だけだった）、当時はDVDも買ってたのに、ずいぶん忘れていました。
特に、主人公の少年時代とお父さんのことを、自分でもびっくりするくらいに完全に忘れていました。その分そこで「良いシーンじゃないか！🥲」と思えたのでよかったかな。
ダンスシーンは初めて見た時にびっくりして以来好き。チョーサーのセリフが可笑しい。
やっぱりおもしろかったので、映画館でまた見られてよかった！😊

この写真を見てからThe Broadsにとても行きたい気持ち。一昨年は春、去年は夏に行ったのだけど、今年はもし行けるなら秋頃かなあ？
