A watchful D.C. resident sent me a photo of something we haven’t seen in years; water flowing down the cascading fountain at Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park. NPS started work on the long-dry fountain late last year, as part of a broader project to refurbish the park.

DC is the test case because it's so obvious people who live there want it; I'd caution everyone in the replies immediately expanding this to include Puerto Rico and other territories that the question of whether statehood is what the residents want should probably be answered first.

very grateful for telehealth, especially with all the in-person healthcare appointments i have as it is. telehealth saves me time and energy so i can do other things.

today, i'm glad i can chill immediately after my appointment. it completely drained me mentally, and this was a relatively easy one.
