wishing you a calm day …
Aah xx
They’re really bonny, thank you! Gave them all wormer yesterday and the day before, and they’re bouncing as a result!
You are always so supportive and I love you for it xx
Not been well, post-lambing, so everything is slow!!
Gosh there’s a challenge! So far they have had 3 firings, so to get them darker would mean maybe using a different blue (I have cobalt 🤔) or more firings of the same blue…. Some time later ….
Was it you who suggested blue backgrounds?

Yes, everything I make is bespoke, so scaling this piece up was a pleasure
Thank you Sue - it is such a clever idea to scale up my little animals - brilliant when I learn from my Customers!!
Scaling this one up for a Customer - and I LOVE it 😍
The best flowers ever to grow in the garden …

Well I have a few extras (made them for a stained glass window, and the Customer has chosen hers) not sure what to do with them yet … any ideas?
Kiln full of bunnies!!

Thank you! Yes, this little Exmoor Horn lamb is a bit of a stunner!
Thank you! It was a tricky one as I don’t usually work from photos …
She is indeed a good looking lamb, glad you think so too xx
Aw, thank you so much! This is my little “daughter of Alexa” who is my first cross of all the sheep breeds I have! POlled Dorset, Exmoor Horn, and East Friesian/Lacerne - probably the only one ever, quite the mix! Perhaps I should call her Liquorice (Allsorts)
Can you see the likeness?
She is clearly feeding this one! That is the “loving“ look of a tamey, adoring their dinner lady 😉😂 ((I know, I have one this year!!)
Beautiful lamb
Harder to see, but here are two “work in progress“ pics. The first, pieces in the kiln with enamel, awaiting firing, the second “under-painting” where the border has a sprinkling of pigment and is awaiting further scratching (sgraffito) and painting …
