Jordan Chiles' memoir "I'm That Girl" was really good.

As the Integrity crew splashed down TO THE MINUTE of their estimated arrival and hit the BULLSEYE, this is a reminder that Katherine Johnson was an absolute genius. My God. #NASA #ArtemisII

Tracking the Artemis II is somehow incredibly nerve-wracking today. 😅

114 years ago, the Titanic set sail. Over 100 years later, its beauty and loss are still overwhelmingly captivating. When I was a researcher at the AFI, I was SO excited to uncover information about a film that went down with the Titanic. #Titanic #FilmHistory #HollywoodHistory

I can narrate as I go, answering questions. We would look at primary sources like newspapers and trades. It's a very calm, quiet process, and it takes between 1-3 hours (depending on the film). Obviously, this would be free and on my own time since DOGE defunded my old research projects.

This week, I keep seeing that competency porn is emotionally regulating. When we no longer have astronauts in space, would anyone be interested in live stream researching a lost film? If there's interest, I'm happy to share the whole journey. #scriptsky #filmsky

Hi all, its your friendly neighborhood retired therapist here to remind you that the horrors persist and so do we!

Have you:
-had a glass of water or something liquid that is not caffeinated recently?
-used any calming or grounding techniques you like?
-eaten a food?

If not, do that now. 💜
