Unforunatelly that's not the full truth - it is also coal, mostly domestic.
Hoever, had they allready invested in RE in 2010 like they did starting 2020 instead of going for LNG first, they would be in a much better position.
Lesson for all lesser developed economies: leapfrog and go for RE directly
