And using all the tools available, inc. escalating matters to the Information Commissioner’s Office (#ICO)

The key takeaway from this article, for me, was the extraordinary difficulty in prosecuting people for Misconduct in Public Office (MiPO) offences:
• over a ten year period (2014-2024)
• when excluding prison and police officers
• only c.15 people were convicted of MiPO

Following my complaint, the Telegraph has deleted an inaccurate and misleading article that claimed "Jurors who find activists not guilty for moral reasons could face jail".
This was incorrect and not what the court ruled.
