I had a go at one of today's Tour de France climbs, the Col de la Madeleine, on Zwift's climbing portal, but my legs are still weary after a weights session so I bailed after 660 m or so of ascent. Brutal climb- and it's only one of four big climbs on today's stage. www.strava.com/activities/1...

33 very sweaty Zwift miles this morning, probably would have been drier if I’d gone out in the rain 😂. Sweated out 3.5kg. Started with a trip up Hautacam, aimed for sub 60 mins but my legs went in the second half and ended up doing 60:42. Followed it up with a spin with Yumi and then Coco. 🥵🚴‍♂️

I did Ven-10 last night and Deca Dash this morning. I'm toast! #zwift
