Veronika used different techniques depending on the end of the tool.

With the brush, she used lateral movements and sometimes the same technique that any of us use when sweeping, lifting and resting the broom.

With the stick, she used very gentle, controlled pushes.

I think it’s insane that this even made it to the state Supreme Court to begin with. If, at work, I were to mishandle or expose patient PHI, my company WOULD be fined, on top of personal liability.

I can only hope the court makes the right decision because just…fuuuck.

IMO I don’t know how Harvard ISNT culpable in this horror show. Cedric Lodge, the morgue manager, should have never been able to bypass checks and balances and shows a lack of process or oversight.
