Olga update: time to bind off the second sleeve and onto the collar! Really effed up the stripes somehow… but I’m not THAT worried about it. My Irish heritage believes it’s best to leave mistakes anyway 🧶

Nine rows crocheted of a full size blanket completed. Each row is a different color depending on the high temperature of the day. So far, the blanket consists of medium rose and hot pink. The hot pink yarn is still attached because tomorrow’s projected weather is to be the same as today’s.
Day nine of my 2025 temp blanket done. It’s taking me about 20 minutes to do each row- wondering how long I’ll be able to keep up this daily thing. I chose a palette of mostly pinks and oranges because i was feeling CRAZY at Joann’s the day i was picking colors #crochet #fiberarts
They were much more lowkey than the more popular ones today!!
I think it’s a Catholic thing. Growing up in Catholic school, i don’t think i ever had a year from K-8th that my classroom didn’t have an advent calendar we did together. But the doors you opened ranged from having a “quote” behind each, to jigsaw puzzle pieces, to ornaments.
