I did my longest run in over 10 years. It felt good, but the last 1.5 miles were tough. I did it without music, too. The first two miles were weird without it, but I settled into a groove. I had a nice coke afterwards. Who else ran long today? Drop your mileage below and let's connect! #running
It felt good to push the intervals today. One goal of my 15-week training is to get my max pace on my intervals back to my easy and long run pace. One day at a time. Happy running! Who else got out there this morning? #running

It was another beautiful morning for some easy miles, plus day three with no music. Who else got out this morning? #running
The views this morning did not disappoint. Who else got outside for some fresh air?
It was finally a gorgeous morning for this run. I ran steady hill work with intervals. Today I focused more on the downhill. I also ran with no music again, as I slowly go back to music-free runs. Happy #running!
Week 5 of 15 starts today! It is time to gradually increase the mileage. I had to get moving because of that thing called work. Happy running!
I had 8 miles on the schedule but went 10. I wanted to make up for my crap run last week. It was my fastest 10-miler, and I did it on trails. I did 8x400 intervals in the middle. I felt good and didn't walk. Happy running! Who else got out there today? #running #runner
I was feeling good on this run, so I added one more mile. Five hill repeats, 1x400, 2x800 intervals. My fastest 5K and my fastest mile were the last ones. I'm digging my max pace. I will get there! Who else got out there this morning? #running

It was a chilly morning, but I am happy to have some easy miles in the books. Who else got out there this morning? #running
I stayed up late watching basketball and really did not want to get up to do this run. I'm so glad I got out and pushed myself with 5x400s. My fastest 3 miles so far, and I'm digging my fastest pace. I'll get there again. Happy #running!
It really was 🙂
Nice work, Louise!!
Thank you, Louise!! 😊
I like how my watch keeps me motivated. This may not be a big deal for some, but for me, it is a step in the right direction. #running
I was up, so I rolled out of bed and ran first before sitting down to have my coffee. This is a big move for me, and I'm glad it is done. If I had sat to have coffee first, I might have taken my time to get outside and rushed that run. Happy running! #running #runner #runsky
This run was a tough one. I wanted to quit after the first mile because I was exhausted from not sleeping, but I pushed through. I like this route because there are lots of people on it. It felt good to have others around. Happy running! #running
Thank you!
Thank you!
In the past, I would have skipped this run. I would have found every excuse, "it is raining," "I didn't sleep," etc., and sat around and then said, "I don't have time now before work." I told myself three weeks ago that I wanted to train, so showing up and being consistent is essential. #running

Morning views while out running!
It was another beautiful morning for some miles. It was a easy run day, so I took in the sights and sounds. Happy running! #running
I am still taken aback by the response to my podcast. I have interviewed twelve people already, and their stories are fascinating. I have ten more booked, and I'm looking forward to them along with a few other pending guests. If you love the beach and have a story to share, then we should connect.
I really wanted to get under a 10-minute mile today. I also did a mile of hill repeats. Happy running! #running
It is happening!
