It’s amazing what you can find in a park in Hong Kong - an astro-turfed Beetle

RIP Henry Kelly - I used to work as a barmaid in a pub close to BBC Manchester (Oxford Road). He regularly came in and always tipped well. Totally lovely and gentlemanly

Gorgeous!
A beautiful bunch of flowers
Who knew flower arranging could be so therapeutic for the ADHD brain?
We have just been asked by Tom's friends and family to share this picture of Tom Baker MBE with his birthday cake.
Tom thanks everyone for there warm wishes and kind words.
The cake was lovely and was bigger on the inside!
Just watched ‘Chris Cooks Cymru’ - move over Jamie Oliver - this is much more entertaining, inspiring and informative! Chris ‘Flamebaster’ Roberts is a natural comedian and his warmth shines through. Great to see local communities & industries celebrated #chrisroberts

And there’s a third woman (Leanne from Holywell, North Wales) who hasn’t seemed to have let on she’s from Wales. It’s getting really confusing www.radiotimes.com/tv/entertain...
I’m supposed to finish a first draft of a children’s novel. The good news is that I’m halfway. The bad news is that it’s taken six months to get here. The extra bad news is that I’ve got 10 days to finish the other half. I have the holiday time though, struggling with inclination
My friend and I talked about how music has affected our lives, especially classical music. Despite growing up in lower to middle class environments, we were taught to explore different music styles. Although knowing my friend for 10+ years, it was a revelation to know about his Beethoven fixation

This guy swam in a major Hong Kong shipping lane, in the dark, in the cold November waters, DRUNK!! How the hell…?! Bet he felt like he’d been run over by a boat the next day

Whether you are Welsh or not, people in the UK need to be aware of Wales' treatment.

Sleep calculation of 2hr 11 mins with no stats for Sunday - Thursday
If you’re wondering why there aren’t any stats for the rest of the week - I lost an earbud when I accidentally flushed it down the loo.
The joys of #ADHD (forgetting to check my ears when i went to the loo) and #ADHDtax (having to shell out for new ones). Grrr…
Sleep calculation showing 2hr11min sleep
My sleep calculator last night. People lose sleep when they have babies. I call #ADHD my ruddy baby with stats like these.
Result of:
- gorging on sugar (dopamine#1)
- binge watching TV (dopamine#2)
- doomscrolling before bed (dopamine#3)
I never learn. Forget la! What’s your dopamine hit?
Count me in too!
To be ADHD is to be constantly bombarded by creative ideas you will never be able to fulfil, I swear
Then I’m up to god knows when, can’t sleep and now having to call in sick as my sleep calculator says I’ve had 2hrs 11 mins sleep last night!! #ADHD
Where are my neurokin?
It’s exhausting being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world!

No it’s ok, it’s extremely hazy, so all good!
Rocket Fest! Ian Brown! I was there too 😂 The tidiest festival ever with staff cleaning up at the end. Even the Portaloos were pristine
Yes, I just about remember it - the name NIMH, but I think some scenes scared me, were they lab rats? I think I had too much of a vivid imagination and I seem to remember feeling a bit terrified
I was on the edge of the moshpit, trying to stay alive - happy days!
7 years ago today I saw The Prodigy in Hong Kong.
And I've just found the videos.
I was probably queuing for a Portaloo 😂 I think I went to the one with Jarvis Cocker & David Byrne a year later but not been since. Too pricey la!
I didn’t see them… it all peaked with Prodigy and got more expensive too

Dwi’n drist i ddarllen adroddiad gan fy mam yn disgrifio sut oeddwn i fel plentyn yn y 70au - neb yn gwybod am ADHD a dim cymorth i’w gael. #merchedADHD
I’m sad to read a report written by my mum describing how I was as a child in the 70s - no-one knew about ADHD and there was no support #ADHDwomen
