🎯set and enforce mandatory #waste prevention targets to prioritise reduction, reuse and #repair

💸use Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes to hold producers accountable - otherwise, citizens will keep footing the bill.

If you stumbled over trash bags in #Brussels, or took a iconic selfie with them like Mick Jagger, we see you: Belgium recorded the worst increase in #waste generation, followed by Czechia and Austria.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands, Denmark and Finland are proving it's possible to do better.

Why this matters 👇

Petro-states are actively trying to keep Europe dependent.
At home, attacks on green policies by far right and lobbies are growing.
And people are struggling with the cost of living.

Home decarbonisation is one of the few solutions that can deliver real, visible benefits.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for every house in Europe; and that is precisely the point.

A flat in Berlin, a home in Lisbon, a farmhouse in Slovakia…
they won’t need the same fossil-free setup.

But today, support is fragmented, uncoordinated, and hard to navigate. The EU can fix this!
