Experimental evidence for short term directional selection of epigenetic trait variation

NEW PAPER: During three years, we selected Arabidosis plants with the same DNA sequence to be taller, amongst other things. We sequenced their DNA and methylations. We obtained bigger plants and observed changes in epigenetic frequencies. Quantifying the epigenetic response to selection: done!
