I'm working on a quantization/palette/dithering shader + tools. I'm implementing it in #godot but in principle it could be ported to any engine or any shading language. it's super simple, about 50 lines of code including comments.

since i was working with painting textures recently i decided to try to make some non pixel art illustration.
Did a small blazing chrome character faces to see if i can still draw hahaha. They turn out ok i guess.

In three days... A lunar apogee will occur.
Four types of adventurers from two different settings. The first row reads: Human fighter, Gnome wizard, Earthen Thief, and Svar cleric. The second row is the same archetypes but they are all humans from The Thief of Tales.
Three Earthen (a fantasy dwarf-like people) adventurers. They are listed as an Anvil City artificer, a Thoranic Templar, and a Burrow Lancer. This last one is riding a badger.

Night harpy Hit and Die
Made in Construct3, SparkBolt (was the provisional name) is possibly the most ambitious project i ever abandoned.
All game used my own 16 color palette. You were able to shot in 4 directions, push, grab, double jump... even hook!.
