I have been focusing on the landscape for quite a while in my work. The urban and the natural scenes that inspire me are all linked by the power of nature. Here's one from a few years ago, following a trip to the Highlands; 'Aonach Mor II'.

'Derelict Cottage', acrylic paint on canvas. This piece was completed today and features an abandoned building I found in County Donegal last year. Places like this are full of mystery and I love seeing how nature takes over things we leave behind.

Here's my painting of the Chevron Garage in Stafford from a few years ago. This building has recently been demolished along with the Universal Factory across the road which I've also painted. I've ended up documenting the history of the local area!

I've had a day in the studio today due to travel plans being disrupted by snow. I finished off a commission and then made a few alterations to my last oil painting. This is 'Derryvaugh Mountains' and is inspired by a trip to County Donegal last year.

I like to get out in nature as much as possible and I’m always inspired by the natural landscape. Here’s a watercolour of mine that captures the current season. This one is ‘Frozen Earth’ and it’s available to purchase.

'Derryveagh Mountains', oil paint on canvas. A small painting inspired by my summer trip to County Donegal in Ireland. I really loved the quiet landscapes in the area and took a lot of reference photos for my art.

Here's one from a few years ago; 'Union', acrylic painting on panel. I love to see nature taking over the places we leave behind as well as the effects of time on abandoned buildings. The painting I am currently working on is very much in this vein.
