Where is Schleswig-Holstein publishing their lessons learnt? People tried to convince #opensuse setup a foundation, but they did not want to.

#opensuse has no foundation to receive funds. There is the geekos foundation helping with travel grands, but they have no role in governance.

Please keep in mind that the focus is to have in the public sector free operating systems to replace proprietary systems of third countries as soon as possible. The perfect is the enemy of the good. Of course, EU OS is always an offer and not mandatory.
