This isn't Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael trying to address the housing crisis. It's FFG addressing the "running out of landlords who will vote for us" crisis.
Can't afford a second property? Not to worry, FFG will let you start your landlord career from a shed... but only if you vote for them #spéirgorm

Imagine being the person thinking, "Oh great! Now I can be a landlord and leech off some poor sap!"

Why do people keep voting FFG? Because there's a lot of incredibly selfish people out there, with no scruples whatsoever.

Short term gain, long term pain! It's the begorrah way!

Spent last week going around Collins' constituency. Three things struck me. The ecological disaster that are the peninsula hills, the number of obviously empty holiday homes, and the number of derelict houses.
What didn't strike me was it being 'full'.

We have over 160,000 vacant homes & around 20,000 derelict homes
