Here's a little video showing some of the creative process behind my latest map. I was in a bit of a creative rut, and reading Sly Flourish's article "The Only Dungeon Map You'll Ever Need" snapped me out fast and hard. I was also inspired to try a different style/look.

A civil war within the Giants community is one of the possible arcs I've dangled to my players. But they've so far pursued alternative. The son of the Storm Giant King is leading a rebellion to abolish the Ordning.

The remains of a partially underground temple complex. There is a flooded main worship hall with a secret shrine and vault behind. Other nearby areas include priest and soldier quarters.
