Even Earth is fed up with the way things are.
I did a program with my library littles on #yayoikusama and suddenly it seems she’s popping up everywhere. This documentary on HBO was an interesting look at her life and work.
I’ve been whining about Summer Reading since last summer but I’m going to work on embracing the positive.
Today I made a little zine (fold a sheet of paper and make a book) with some tweens and library users and they were so excited.
I’m grateful for their joy. #summeratthelibrary
Two sessions today had us introduce ourselves and chat with people in the room/out neighbors.
Library people are going to make you people whether you like it or not.

I’m at a Book Buzz and the publishers are talking about historical fiction set in the 80’s. The 1980’s.
I seriously cannot even.
Now reading Vera Wong’s Guide to Snooping on a Dead Man and I really, really, really want to start a book club called “Eat This Book” where we make the recipes from the book to eat whilst discussing the book.
